Bell Travel Solutions’ primary objective will be to create a strategy which will increase overall bookings from direct channels and existing distribution partners while expanding the distribution network. Successful implementation of this strategy may also include social media, traditional media support and analysis, brand strategy evaluation and emerging technology analysis and implementation. All these elements will be focused on increasing brand visibility and engagement with past, present and potential customers.

Bell Travel Solutions has worked with global companies across a variety of travel sales and marketing services and products. Its goal is to identify and implement sales and marketing strategies which enhance tourism clients’ performance. Our approach is founded on a clear understanding of the product and its position within the competitive marketplace. Tracy Bell

Tracy is a Caribbean national with 10-years’ experience in online travel, specifically representing the Caribbean in global markets.  Her expansive expertise was achieved at priceline.com as regional manager for the Caribbean and Mexico and at Melia Hotels International, as Director of Online Travel.  At priceline.com she was responsible for growing the revenue for the region by contracting new hotels and working with them to maximize the value of the priceline.comchannel.  At Melia Hotels International, she was in charge of onlinemarket and trends analysis, revenue optimization, market development and online partner relationships for the nearly 30 hotels and resorts in the Americas. Tracy is also known for assessing online markets and trends for the US market to the Caribbean as a whole, as well as individual destinations. Her ability to analyze, develop, and train in new distribution partner pathways is invaluable. Tracy’s earlier experience included a position with Arthur Anderson Strategic Services Consulting where she conducted various feasibility studies and due diligence analysis for the tourism sector.


Sandy Bell

Sandy is a Swiss hotel school trained hotel professional with more than 15-years’ experience in hotel operations and sales and marketing.  Sandy began her hotel career at the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company working in all sectors of food and beverage operations rising to the level of Assistant Director, Food and Beverage during her ten years with the company. Sandy left the operations side of the industry in 2008 to join RockResorts as Area Sales Manager for the Caribbean where she was responsible for increasing United Kingdom, Brazil andCARICOM tour operator business.  Sandy then rounded out her sales and marketing knowledge portfolio as a Market Manager for BookIt.com, one of the fastest growing online travel companies in the US.  At BookIt.com she was responsible for growing revenue for the company in the islands for Antigua, Aruba, Barbados, St. Lucia and USVI. Sandy’s deep understanding of the luxury hotel market from both an operations and a sales & marketing perspective is an invaluable asset to any team.

Jill Jones
JJM Sales and Marketing Consultants

Jill Jones, principal of JJM, has more than 25 years’ experience in media sales and strategy, with the last 15 years focused on developing results oriented marketing programs for Caribbean hotels and destinations. Notable successes include custom advertising campaigns, public/private sector co-op programs, sponsored event opportunities and integrated digital programs that result in measurable new revenue bookings. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Jill was Publisher at Gold Book Publishing (owned by the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association), and produced titles and websites for the travel trade, MICE and consumer markets as well as individual destination travel planners. During her earlier years in the Caribbean she was Regional Sales Director for the Caribbean Publishing Company, based in Grand Cayman and, later, Tortola BVI. Through Jill, clients have access to lucrative and sustainable promotional opportunities across all markets that consistently yield high quality results for stakeholders. In addition to media and advertising oversight, Jill manages niche market programs, various e- and re-marketing projects and relationships with major suppliers.


Heather Schueppert

Evolution Strategy was founded by Heather Schueppert, a classically-trained brand strategist and market researcher, with the strong belief that all tactical marketing applications need to be grounded on current market indicators and efficiently tracked by proven measurement tools.  With a specialty in hospitality and destination tourism, she has successfully developed master plans, destination marketing plans, strategic platforms and on-going research programs for the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA), the Caribbean Society of Hotel Association Executives (CSHAE), Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau (GMCVB), Miami Downtown Development Authority (City of Miami) and for several Caribbean countries including Bonaire, Trinidad & Tobago, The Bahamas, Anguilla and Antigua among others. Her ROI-focused expertise includes analyzing existing data and/or developing new information collection systems for on-going value, conducting invaluable competitive and target market research which then assists with the development of innovative, forward-thinking business plans, unique brand positioning and promotion campaigns. She is also a trained facilitator and works with clients to conduct productive team or Board meetings to help gain internal consensus and agreements.
